01What's inside
The complete panel, unedited.
All 12 actives, printed exactly as they will print on the stick. There is no proprietary blend in STIKUP 01, because a blend is just a way of not telling you the dose.
- Other ingredients
- Citric acid, malic acid, natural flavor, allulose, rebaudioside M (stevia leaf extract), silicon dioxide.
- Flavor system
- Zero sugar, sweetened with stevia (Reb M) and allulose, colored only with fruit and vegetable sources — no artificial dyes, no erythritol.
- Directions
- Mix one stick into about 12 oz of cold water, any time of day. The formula is caffeine-free, so it reads the same at 7am or 7pm.
- Provisional figures
- Three numbers on the panel carry an asterisk. Serving weight, Calories and Total Carbohydrate stay provisional until the first manufacturing run is locked; when it is, this panel changes and we will say what changed.

02Dose by dose
Why each one is there, and why at that amount.
Grouped by system. The research below is about the ingredients themselves — it is provided for education, and it is not a claim about this product.
StrengthCreatine monohydrate — 5 g
The 3–5 g/day maintenance dose is where the creatine evidence base actually sits: the ISSN position stand concludes it maintains muscle saturation over time, and monohydrate is the reference form — no alternative form has shown greater retention. One stick covers it, every day.

HydrationPotassium-forward electrolytes
Most electrolyte mixes are salt bombs. This one replaces what sweat actually costs you — and leans into the mineral most people under-consume.
- Sodium
- 500 mg
- Replaces the sodium of roughly a liter of moderate sweat while staying sensible against the 2,300 mg/day guideline — about half of what the salt-bomb incumbents pack per serving.Dietary Reference Intakes for sodium and potassium (NASEM, 2019)
- Potassium (as citrate)
- 400 mg
