By accessing substra.shop, joining our waitlist, or buying a product, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to buy from us or join the waitlist. By using the site, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

STIKUP sells dietary supplements. Our products and any content on the site are for general wellness and informational purposes only — they are not medical advice and are not a substitute for care from a licensed professional. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration, and our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Consult your physician before starting any supplement — especially if you are pregnant or nursing, take medication, or have a medical condition — and use products only as directed on the label.

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change at any time before you order. We work to keep product, pricing, and availability accurate, but errors happen; if we discover a material error affecting your order, we may correct it or cancel the order and refund you. All orders are subject to acceptance, and we may decline or limit any order.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By providing a payment method, you authorize us to charge it for your order total, including applicable taxes and shipping.

Some products are offered on a subscription ("Subscribe & Save") basis. Please read these terms carefully — they describe an automatically renewing plan.

• Automatic renewal. When you start a subscription, it renews automatically on the cadence you choose (every 30 days by default), and your payment method is charged the then-current subscription price each cycle until you cancel.
• Price. Your recurring price — including the STIKUP Subscribe & Save discount — is shown clearly at checkout before you confirm. We'll email you in advance of any price change, and you can cancel before it takes effect.
• Renewal reminders. We send an email before each renewal charge with the amount, the renewal date, and a link to manage or cancel.
• Cancel anytime, online. You can skip, change, or cancel your subscription at any time — no fees, no phone calls — from your account, which opens the Stripe-powered billing portal. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period; charges already made are handled under our refund policy below.

We stand behind our products with a 30-day money-back guarantee: if you're not satisfied, request a refund within 30 days of delivery. Because supplements are consumable and tamper-sensitive, opened or returned product isn't restocked, and refunds are issued to your original payment method. If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under it. You agree not to misuse the site — no attempting to break, overload, scrape, or gain unauthorized access to it, and no using it for any unlawful purpose.

The STIKUP name, logo, site content, product photography, and copy are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them without our written permission.

The site and products are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, STIKUP and its team won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limitations, so parts of this may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify and hold STIKUP harmless from claims and expenses arising out of your misuse of the site or your violation of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of [our home state], without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located there.

We may update these terms as our business and the law evolve. We'll revise the "last updated" date above and, for material changes, post a notice on the site. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
